Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a 24-hour cancellation window from the time of purchase.

  • You can cancel your subscription or order within 24 hours of your purchase.
  • To cancel, please email us at team@storecard.in with your order details.
  • Once your cancellation request is verified, we will initiate a refund.

Note: After the 24-hour window, your order becomes final, and we will not be able to cancel or refund it.


Refund Policy


  • If you cancel your order within 24 hours, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after cancellation approval.
  • No refunds will be issued for any cancellations made after 24 hours from the time of purchase.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are only applicable to the initial payment made within the 24-hour window.
  • Once your digital business card is created and activated, refunds are strictly not permitted.
  • Any technical issues or problems should be reported immediately to our support team for resolution.
